Recognized as a foundation with legal capacity under civil law by the Darmstadt Regional Council on March 3, 2021.
Purpose of sponsorship Education
We operate purely as a grant-making foundation. The focus of our funding is on educational approaches that actively involve children and young people in their educational processes as equal players every day.
We support non-profit projects, education and training programs, and research projects that pursue and implement these approaches.
Our support includes projects and offerings both in Germany and abroad, provided that the sponsors are recognized as non-profit in Germany or apply for non-profit status.
Board of directors
Our board of directors works on a voluntary basis and consists of three members:

Member of the board: Markus Eisel and Max Eisel, son of Andrea and Markus Eisel.
Memberships
Our foundation has been a member of the Association of German Foundations (Bundesverband Deutscher Stiftungen) since 2021. In the same year, we joined the Transparent Civil Society Initiative (Initiative Transparente Zivilgesellschaft), for which we are committed to publishing relevant information on a regular basis. We have been a member of the Foundations and Education Network (Netzwerk Stiftungen und Bildung) since 2022.
