We – Andrea and Markus Eisel – are founders and donators of the Zukunft bilden – Andrea und Markus Eisel Stiftung.
Andrea Eisel
born in 1963, has worked as a social, early childhood and Pikler educator for a long time with alternative educational concepts.
Among other things, she has developed a number of concepts and programs that give children of nursery and kindergarten age the opportunity to develop in an authentic and self-determined way according to their abilities.
Markus Eisel
also born in 1963, holds a PhD in natural sciences and is a successful entrepreneur.
In both his scientific and industrial careers, he has seen time and again how important it is to have an education that enables people to act independently and make free decisions.
We both had the privilege of growing up in families that allowed us to choose our education and training freely. Political and social voluntary work played a major role in this. Both in our professional lives and in our families, we were able to experience time and again that good education creates the foundations for people to lead self-designed, happy, healthy and contented lives.
Together we were able to build such a life for ourselves and our children. Through a lot of work and also fortunate circumstances we have created the financial possibilities to establish this foundation. With this we want to contribute to help and support children and young people in shaping their future by providing them with suitable educational opportunities.
